I keep a record of these encounters and stories as a written legacy for my family and children. The Bible explains in Deuteronomy 4:9 that “only be careful, and watch yourselves closely so that you do not forget the things your eyes have seen or let them slip from our heart as long as you live. Teach them to your children and to their children after them”. As the Psalmist David also says in Psalms 78:1-3 “O my people, hear my teaching; listen to the words of my mouth. I will open my mouth in parables, I will utter hidden things, things from of old – what we have heard and known, what our fathers have told us. We will not hide them from their children; we will tell the next generation the praiseworthy deeds of the Lord, his power and the wonders he has done’. I hope to encourage my own family and children that my own encounters with God show how good He is to us.

There’s a lot of news in this world – the good, bad and downright ugly. Since I was a young Christian, I dreamt of having a news site dedicated to only telling good news. The power of the internet and blogging totally allows one to do so today. This site is dedicated to sharing the good news and testimonies of Christians who encounter Jesus Christ. Many believers encounter God, but some may not have documented or kept a journal of it. My goal is to help YOU document your encounters with God as you walk and journey with Him on a daily basis. As you read and re-read these life changing stories from many, I pray that your life will be challenged to know that there is a God who loves you and is interested to walk this journey together with you.
